It's a yes for me. Four stars. Love the decor. Bartenders were friendly and talkative. The food was delicious. Portions are modest, not big. Everything very vibrant. All the elements of a new favorite place!

Third time here last night. Sat at the bar. Ed is so fantastic. Great service. He explained everything on the menu for us. My coworker had wonderful things to say about him and we were lucky enough to be served by him. Makes excellent drinks. Made me something off menu and it was delicious. Spicy Smokey mezcal. Wine delicious too. Unfortunately the food fell short last night. We got the mushroom queso dip and it was full of onions. Chunky dip. Nice presentation. If you want onion dip I'd order this. Not my favorite. Then got the Ceasar salad with these round large pieces of corn. The whole dish tasted like Smokey corn it was just really weird. Chopped it up bc it's two huge wedges. Just didn't care for the flavor at all. Got the 2 for $10 tacos and I didn't want onions again so I asked for no onions but then basically it came with like no toppings on it so it was a bit boring, but the flavor was good. Unfortunately, I think they took all the toppings and onions off of my boyfriends tacos too so his were pretty uneventful as well. Plus they forgot his salmon taco but eventually brought it out. As mentioned, I had been here previously and had the Birria tacos and they were wonderful so I would probably get those again next time and definitely skip the Cesar and the queso dip. 5 stars for Ed, 3 for the food this time.

Great spot in New Haven for drinks, a quick bite, and happy hour. We tried the table side guacamole, which was amazing. Also really enjoyed the ancho curly fries and the tinga tostada off their happy hour menu. The sangria was delicious, as well as the ceviche. It was a slower weekday afternoon when we arrived, and the bar tender took care of us at our table. Modern and updated interior and decor.

Great atmosphere, good tacos, and a great price! We had about 20 people with 2 tables of 10. Our group flew in for a local event and met here for lunch. People from Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, New York, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. The employees at the restaurant were friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a fun experience!
